I have worked in different environments, from small businesses to large organisations, with current technologies and systems that had been running for years. That mix teaches you to respect what already works and recognise when a solution needs to change.

I have also seen projects lose clarity through a lack of organisation, approaches maintained out of habit, and conversations too focused on selling before understanding. This is not criticism of any particular company; it shows that there is another way to work.

ManuWebs was created to work with greater transparency, organisation and technical judgement. My responsibility is not to agree with everything or add features for their own sake, but to help you decide what the project really needs and build it well.
