What they are and who uses them
Cookies are small files stored by the browser when visiting a website. Local storage and session storage serve similar functions, although they are not cookies. This policy describes all these technologies used on manuwebs.com.
The website publisher is Manuel Costinel Paduretu (ManuWebs), whose contact details appear in the Legal Notice. Some technologies are first-party and others are managed through Google services.
Categories and consent
- Necessary: protect the form and panel, maintain a session when needed, remember the privacy choice and dismiss notices. They are not used to track browsing for commercial purposes and do not require consent.
- Analytics: enables Google Analytics to obtain usage statistics. It is optional and remains blocked until accepted.
- Campaign measurement: allows a conversion originating from an advert to be attributed to Google Ads. It is optional, only activates with a valid configuration and remains blocked until accepted.
manuwebs.com does not display third-party advertising. Remarketing, advertising audiences and ad personalisation are not enabled; that purpose remains denied even if campaign measurement is accepted.

The described Google technologies are conditional: they are not loaded and do not create storage if the integration is not configured or their category is rejected. Names containing an identifier vary according to the configured property or tag. If Google introduces a different technology, the inventory and consent mechanism will be reviewed before it is used.
How to accept, reject or withdraw permission
On your first visit, you can accept all optional categories, reject them or configure them separately. Rejecting is as accessible as accepting, and optional checkboxes are not preselected. Google tags remain blocked until an affirmative choice exists for their category.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through “Cookie settings”, available in the footer of every page. Withdrawing a category stops new measurements and deletes its measurement cookies where they technically depend on this domain. You can also clear cookies and storage in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage may prevent the form or protected areas from working.
The preference is requested again after 12 months, or earlier if purposes, providers or technologies change significantly.
Google, data and transfers
Google Analytics may receive technical and interaction information to compile statistics. Google Ads may receive click identifiers and the conversion event when Campaign measurement has been authorised. Personal fields and form text are not sent to these tools, and advertising personalisation is not enabled.
Google Ireland Limited provides these services in the European Economic Area and may use entities or infrastructure in other countries. Transfers are covered, as applicable, by adequacy decisions — such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for certified entities — or standard contractual clauses and additional measures. Search Console and inventory updates
Google Search Console is verified through a meta tag included in the page code. This verification proves domain ownership and does not save cookies or storage in visitors' browsers.
This inventory reflects the configuration planned and controlled by ManuWebs. It is reviewed when an integration changes, and the version date appears at the beginning of the page. You can ask any questions by writing to info@manuwebs.com.
Language preference
When you manually choose a language, we store the first-party mw_language cookie for one year to remember your choice. This is a functional preference cookie with no advertising or tracking purpose. Its value is only es, ca, en or ro. You can delete it in your browser.
